Answers to Common Concerns

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE I PURCHASE?

We are able to bill the Ontario Drug Benefit Program for uninsured patients under the age of 25, seniors and patients on disability or social assistance. In addition we are able to bill most private insurances. Whether your medication will be covered is up to your individual plans formulary and cannot be guaranteed but we can help you facilitate special authorization applications with your prescriber for uncovered medications if available.

HOW DO I REFILL OR ORDER NEW PRESCRIPTIONS?

We try to make this as easy as possible for you! Your prescriber can call new prescriptions into 519-712-8800 or fax them to 519-712-8802. If you are given a physical prescription you or a family member can drop them off right to us here at the pharmacy for fast and friendly service! For refills on prescriptions you can either call us at 519-712-8800 or send us a message via email at rxkingsville@gmail.com with your prescription number that you need renewed!

HOW DO I TRANSFER MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO YOU?

It is simple for us to start caring for you! Just give us a call at 519-712-8800 and we will take your information and arrange for your records to be sent to us from your previous pharmacy! You can also have your prescriber start sending prescriptions straight to us! Either way we recommend you update the other members of your healthcare team with your new preferred pharmacy!
